Our signs are made from 3/4 inch "aged & distressed" knotty pine.

Yes, we provide mock-ups within 24 hours of purchase - please check your Etsy messages (NOT email). If we do not hear from you within 24 hours we will consider the mock-up approved and will move forward with your order.

We start making your sign within 24 hours of receiving your order (or mock-up approval). Most signs ship within a week.

We use a unique 7 step process to make each custom sign in our wood shop. The process involves "aging" the raw wood, printing, sanding, distressing, staining and finishing the final product with 2 coats of polyurethane. Each sign is personally made, by hand, and every sign is unique in appearance. 

Our signs are given 2 coats of a water-based polyurethane which is intended for indoor display.

If you intend to hang your sign outdoors we suggest hanging it in an area protected from direct sun and weather and adding a few coats of an outdoor grade polyurethane.

Each sign includes hanging hardware and comes ready to hang. Our signs are intended to be hung on a flat vertical surface.

If you receive your order with a defect or damage please contact us immediately with a photo so that we can get a replacement (of the same design) into production for you ASAP.

If you approved your artwork but received an incorrect version we will replace your sign at no cost to you.

If your artwork arrives with a mistake on it that you did not notice when you approved the mock-up then we are not responsible for replacing your sign.
