GENERAL ORDERING INFORMATION
To qualify for wholesale purchases, you must be a valid retail business with a brick and mortar storefront. You must submit an ONLINE APPLICATION with a signed copy of this agreement and a copy of your State Retail, or Sales Tax Exemption, Certificate. By placing an order with Alpine Graphics and providing your Federal Tax ID Number, you are representing that you are the owner, agent or representative of a currently valid retail business and that the transaction being made is a wholesale, tax exempt purchase for resale. Alpine Graphics does not authorize our customers to sell our products on any third party websites that are not owned by you like: Houzz, Etsy, Amazon..etc. nor can they be sold at booths, kiosks, fairs, or antique markets. All sales are final.
All prices are listed in US dollars. All authorized retailers receive 60% off of our currently published full retail price as listed in our ETSY SHOP, plus the cost of shipping (if applicable). Prices are subject to change without notice.
We have an order minimum of $200 for all orders. Orders may be cancelled within three (3) business days of the order placement.
HOW TO ORDER
Ordering from us is easy! Download a printable ORDER FORM and use it to provide us with the details of your order, using our Etsy Shop as a "catalog". List sizes, quantities, colors and any personalization instructions you would like to include. Upon receiving your order we will provide mock-ups of your entire order and an invoice with a shipping estimate (if applicable). We require payment in full prior to shipping/delivering your order.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for us to complete your order. Be sure that the shipping address on your invoice is correct. Returned shipments will result in additional shipping fees to re-send your order. We will provide tracking numbers upon shipping your order.
We are not able to fulfill wholesale orders received November 1st through December 31st, so get your holiday orders in early (July-August is best).

RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Alpine Graphics’ wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged.
Please inspect your entire order upon receipt. If your shipment is damaged in transit, defective, or has missing items you agree to contact us within seven (7) days of delivery. You also agree to save all packaging materials and product. Reported damages must be sent via email along with a photo of the items and packaging within seven (7) days of receipt. A replacement will be put into production after receiving your request. Alpine Graphics is not responsible for issues reported after seven (7) days.
The natural wood we use can have character differences, including but not limited to warping, holes, cracks, raised grains, and knots. These natural variations do occur and should be expected as part of the rustic beauty of our signs.
All of the designs, products and content within and any materials made available for purchase are the sole property of Alpine Graphics. All designs, products, images and content within are protected by copyright and intellectual property law and may not be reproduced in any form without the express written consent of Alpine Graphics.
Your privacy is important to us. The only data that we collect, use and store is information you affirmatively provide to us when applying for a wholesale account or by placing an order. Your personally-identifying information is never shared with any third party.
