HOW TO ORDER:
Ordering with us is a simple process; using our Etsy Shop as a digital “Catalog”, simply send us a list of items, including sizes, colors and personalization instructions. Upon receiving your order, we will send you a digital invoice for the total charges including shipping.
All prices are listed in US dollars. All authorized retailers will receive 50% off the MSRP, plus the cost of shipping. Prices are subject to change without notice.
A minimum order of $300 is required on opening orders with 50% due before we start on your order and the balance due before your items are shipped.
A minimum order of $100 is required for re-orders.
CHANGES TO ORDERS:
Any changes to or cancellation of orders must be received within 48 hours.
METHOD OF PAYMENT:
We accept all major credit cards through PayPal.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING:
Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for your order to ship. We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment. If you would like to arrange for your own shipping with a preferred carrier we are happy to work with you on this.
DAMAGES / DEFECTS:
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival and contact us within 3 days of receipt of damaged items. Please keep all packaging and send us photos of the damaged item and packaging.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES:
Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of damaged merchandise as noted above.
PERSONALIZATION: If your order includes any items requiring personalization we will provide digital mock ups for your review and approval within 48 hours (M-F) of receiving your order.
